If you are a Magazine or Yearbook subscriber, you can change your address in Your Account.

I've forgotten my password, what to do?
You can get an new password in Your Account. You can always change your password to a password of your own choosing at the Your Account section.
I'm a longtime customer of New In Chess, but I have never ordered online. Is there already a login and password for me?
No, if this is the first time you want to sign in, you will have to create a new account. You'll only need to enter your email address and a password of your choosing and the account is created.
I just placed an order, but I made a mistake. What can I do?

In what currency do I pay?
Customers in ALL countries are are invoiced and charged in € (euro), except in the United States, Canada and Mexico. They are invoiced and charged in US$ (US dollar). The webshop automatically selects the currency according to your address.
