I just subscribed to your Magazine/Yearbook. What is the first issue that I will receive ?
As a rule we start a new subscription with the last published issue. If you would prefer to start your subscription with another issue (earlier or later) please send an email to sales@newinchess.com.

I recently moved to a new address. What should I do ?
If you are a Magazine or Yearbook subscriber, you can find it in the 'task list' on the header of every page the option change my postal adress, or click here.
For North America only please send an email to TurpinNA@turpin-distribution.com
With future orders you can delete your old address in the Check out procedure and your new address.

I used to be a Magazine subscriber. Can I make use of the Introduction Subscription offer ?
You will have to be a non-subscriber for at least 18 months.

I'm interested in your Magazine and/or Yearbook ? Is it possible to see  a sample issue ?
Yes it is, we have some sample Magazine articles and Yearbook surveys available in Adobe PDF format. Click here for the Magazine articles and here for the Yearbook surveys.

I've forgotten my password, what to do ?
Click 'Lost your password?' at the bottom of the 'Sign In' page. After you enter your email address, you will receive a new password in an email sent to your email address.
If you accidentally hit the 'Send password' button more than once, you will receive more than one new password. Always use the last password sent to you!
You can always change your password to a password of your own choosing at the My Account section.

I'm a longtime customer of New In Chess, but I have never ordered online. Is there already a login and password for me ?
No, if this is the first time you want to sign in, you will have to create a new account. You can do this at the 'Sign In' page. Check the 'No, I'm a new online customer' option and click 'Sign In'. You'll only need to enter your email address and a password of your choosing and the account is created.

I just placed an order, but I made a mistake. What can I do ?
Just send an email to sales@newinchess.com and explain your problem.

Where can I find a list with all the New In Chess publications ?

Is there a Windows version of NICBase available ?
No, we have just launched the Internet version NICBase Online. We will continue to add new features to this online version and no Windows version is expected in the near future.
