HOW TO SIGN IN?
On your iPad, the pop-up menu to log in can be found at the top left of your screen. Please tap the screen and a pop-up will appear. Subscribers have received an e-mail from New In Chess with information about their username and password. On your iPhone, you can find the menu at the top right.
On Android devices, the sign in menu is usually to be found in a menu at the top right of your screen. Please tap the screen and a pop-up will appear. At some Android devices, the menu is at the bottom of your screen, in a software menu or in a hardware button. Please try all different options. To sign in, use the username and password that have been sent by e-mail.
AS A SUBSCRIBER, HOW DO I GET FULL ACCESS?
For New In Chess magazine, you will need a digital subscription to get access. You can subscribe via our website.
If you have an active subscription to New In Chess digital magazine, but the app is asking you to subscribe or to buy the latest issue, please sign out and sign in again. If that fails, please delete and re-install the app.
Please note, deleting the app will delete your stored magazines, but you can download them again.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY ISSUE TO A NEW DEVICE?
How to download a purchased magazine or Yearbook onto a new device? Please make sure that you are signed in, and all issues that you are entitled to will appear as free downloads.
NEW ISSUE DOES NOT APPEAR
If you cannot see the latest issue, please close the app completely and re-open the New In Chess app from the home screen.
SUBSCRIPTION OR SINGLE ISSUE VIA ITUNES
If you bought your subscription or single issue via iTunes and you can't (re-)download the issues, please make sure that you are signed in with the same iTunes-account you used to buy the issues. You won't need to sign in via the menu in the app.
