You can't sign in - and reset password doesn't work. If you are having problems with the password of the webshop, it is possible that you don't have an account - and therefore don't have a password. The website cannot reset your password if you don't have an account. We do have a new webshop since June 2017. The old accounts haven't been transferred to the new shop due to technical and privacy reasons. Please create a new account via the link at the top right of your screen.
How to reset your password. If you are sure you do have an account in the new shop, please make sure you are using the same email address as you have used to set the account. If you are using the correct email address and you can't get access, please try to reset your password. If you follow this link, and fill in your email address, you will get an email. How to reset my password? The password of your webshop/website account is also valid for your digital subscription in the New In Chess magazine app or in the Yearbook app. You can sign in with your username (= your email address in our database) and your webshop-password. If you don't have a webshop account, please create one to set your password for the app. If you already have a webshop account but have forgotten the password, please follow the instructions above.
What is my username? Your username is your email address in our database, which is the email address you used when you first ordered a digital subscription. Please be aware that you can't sign in when you have used multiple email addresses. If that might be the case, please email us at email@example.com and tell us which email addresses you have used, and which one you want to use for your New In Chess account.
